Privacy Policy
Vectrivo is an early-stage maker design platform with a public website at getvectrivo.com and a separate application at vectrivo.app. This policy explains how information may be handled when you use these services. Certain features are still in beta.
1. Information you provide
When you sign in, the authentication provider may share basic account information such as your email address, display name, and profile image. If you create or upload projects, the application may process the files, designs, titles, settings, and other content you submit to provide those features.
2. Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, Google handles the authentication step and may provide Vectrivo with basic account-profile information needed to create and maintain your account. Vectrivo does not receive your Google password through this process. We do not claim access to Gmail, Drive, or other Google account content unless a separate permission is expressly requested and explained.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to authenticate users, maintain sessions, save and retrieve projects where those features are enabled, respond to support and security issues, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not state that every described feature is currently enabled.
4. Service providers and storage
Vectrivo's public site is delivered using Cloudflare Pages. The application uses Supabase for authentication and may use its database and storage features for account and project information. Google may process information if you select Google sign-in. These services handle information according to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
5. Cookies and technical data
Authentication services may use cookies or browser storage to keep you signed in. Web hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request logs, and device or browser information to operate and protect the service. Additional analytics or cookies should be disclosed here if enabled in the future.
6. Sharing
Account and project information may be shared with hosting, authentication, and other vendors only to operate or secure the service, or when required by law. This policy does not authorize selling personal information. If Vectrivo later introduces additional integrations or sharing features, this policy should be updated before those features are enabled.
7. Data retention and your choices
Account and project information may remain while your account or saved projects exist, subject to technical and legal retention needs. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information using the contact method below. Deleting an account may not immediately remove limited backup, security, or legally required records.
8. Security and international processing
Vectrivo relies on its hosting and authentication providers and reasonable application safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. Data may be processed in countries where service providers operate.
9. Children
Vectrivo is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly seek their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
10. Updates and contact
