Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of the Vectrivo marketing site and beta design application. By using the application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Beta service
Vectrivo is under development. Features may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. Availability, file compatibility, and saved-project functionality can vary.
2. Accounts
Use accurate sign-in information, protect your account, and notify the operator of suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law.
3. Your designs
You retain any rights you hold in design files and other content you submit. You grant Vectrivo a limited permission to store, process, display, and reproduce that content as necessary to provide the features you use. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload the content.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, violate others' rights, or use the service unlawfully. The operator may restrict access to protect the service and its users.
5. Manufacturing and machine safety
Previews, geometric checks, dimensions, AI suggestions, and other outputs are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Vectrivo does not certify that a design is safe, machinable, structurally sound, or compatible with your equipment. Independently verify measurements, materials, toolpaths, feeds and speeds, machine limits, and safety precautions before using CNC equipment, lasers, or 3D printers. Never run a machine unattended where supervision is required.
6. Third-party services
Google, Supabase, Cloudflare, and any later integrations have their own terms. Vectrivo is not responsible for independent third-party services except as required by applicable law.
7. Availability and warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the beta service is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, particular results, or fitness for a particular manufacturing task. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vectrivo is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on design outputs. This section does not exclude liability that applicable law prohibits excluding.
9. Changes and ending use
The service or these Terms may change. Material changes should be communicated where reasonable. You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be suspended for security, abuse, or legal reasons.
